Sales Operations Associate (Hunter Douglas)

Sales Operations Associate shall help the company build successful and long-term relationships with our customers by delivering high quality after-sales service that exceeds expectation

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper coordination with Customer Service team, in-house sales associates, service and production teams regarding after-sales service issues and schedules.

• Handle orders and concerns of 3rd party dealers and ensure its prompt resolution.

• Monitors clients and documentary files.

• Recommending strategies that would improve the quality of service, productivity and profitability

• Coordinates with internal and external parties to accomplish account requirements

• Checks implementation of SOPs related to the sales process

• Checking of Sales Quotations in terms of pricing, size limitations related to product warranty, stock availability...
