Job Description

The Sales Operations Associate supports after-sales service excellence by coordinating with teams and managing dealer orders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with Customer Service, in-house sales associates, service, and production teams on after-sales service issues and schedules.
  • Handling orders and concerns of 3rd party dealers and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Monitoring clients and documentary files.
  • Recommending strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties to meet account requirements.
  • Checking implementation of SOPs related to the sales process.
  • Reviewing Sales Quotations for pricing, size limitations related to product warranty, and stock availability.
  • Processing orders in FGI’s ERP system.
