The Sales Operations Associate supports after-sales service excellence by coordinating with teams and managing dealer orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Customer Service, in-house sales associates, service, and production teams on after-sales service issues and schedules.
- Handling orders and concerns of 3rd party dealers and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Monitoring clients and documentary files.
- Recommending strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to meet account requirements.
- Checking implementation of SOPs related to the sales process.
- Reviewing Sales Quotations for pricing, size limitations related to product warranty, and stock availability.
- Processing orders in FGI’s ERP system.
