Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Hours (Mandatory): Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Following Canadian timezone and holidays)

Compensation will be offered within the ₹40,000-75,000 range based on the candidate's capability, learning agility, and operational readiness assessed during the interview.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales operations using digital tools, systems, and automation platforms.
  • Perform pricing calculations, offer evaluations, and support sales decision-making through logical inputs.
  • Coordinate and streamline email and communication processes for internal and external follow-ups.
  • Maintain structured records, reports, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and smooth flow of sales-related tasks.
  • Support in data entry, tool operations, and CRM-related activities.
  • Educational Qualification & Suitability

Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in any of the following (preferred but not mandatory):

  • Commerce / Business Administration / Management
  • Engineering / Information Technology
  • Mathematics / Economics
  • Or any other field with strong analytical or operational exposureRequired Soft Skills:
  • Strong technical proficiency and adaptability with tools/software.
  • Solid command over English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to understand and apply logical reasoning for calculations and business logic.
  • Good with numbers and pricing logic.
  • Advanced communication skills to manage coordination effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in following up and closing loops.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years experience) looking to gain remote international experience.
  • Individuals with a keen interest in operations, backend coordination, or sales support.
  • Candidates who are:

- Comfortable with night shifts (Canadian time)

- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

- Quick learners who can pick up new tools independently
