Sales Operations connects colleagues from across WTW into one team to optimise sales productivity cross all segments and geographies.

Bringing together experience and expertise into one organisation enables WTW to respond more quickly and effectively to colleagues’ critical sales needs.

Responsibilities:

Specifically, you will work closely with your manager to help implement sales enablement priorities across Asia (excluding Japan) in the following areas:

  • Data analysis and insights to anchor upsell/cross-sell discussions

  • Market segmentation review and opportunity identification

  • Campaign managementandlead management discipline

  • Pipeline review and salesforecasting support

  • Key accountplanning,client satisfaction and Global Standards co-ordination

  • Adoption of Sales Operations tools and process best practices within your portfolio

  • Enhancing sales culture through recognition awards and learning & development programmes

  • Cross-segment enterprise activities (where applicable)

  • As part of the Sales Operations APAC team, you will also have opportunities to champion regional initiatives/innovation pilots.
