Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement and maintain checklists, standard operating procedures, and document tracking systems.
  • Review documents and communications to identify and address errors or discrepancies.
  • Update internal stakeholders on documentation status, risks, timelines, and changes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and sales teams on best practices.
  • Communicate proficiently in English and Mandarin with sales team leaders and Chinese clients to resolve operational issues.
