Role Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing commercial administrative and operational processes for the Retail LATAM business unit. This role ensures the correct execution of the sales cycle, accurate commercial documentation, effective cross-functional coordination, and high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and compliant order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end order management process, including client purchase orders (POs), order entry, system updates, and shipment follow-up.
- Manage and control commercial documentation such as quotations, price lists, sales confirmations, and client conditions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms.
