Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a critical role in keeping our engine running smoothly—ensuring deals move forward efficiently, next steps are executed on time, and our CRM stays accurate and up to date.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, ensuring all deal data, activities, and next steps are accurately tracked
- Follow up on deal progression and flag any stalled opportunities or missing information
- Support the sales team by keeping pipeline hygiene tight and reporting reliable
- Assist with contract and sales material preparation and tracking as needed
What We're Looking For
