Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Executive to join our growing Pre-Selling Division at La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc.

This role is critical in ensuring that our agents are equipped to sell real estate projects efficiently and professionally by managing all back-end sales operations — from project encoding to developer coordination, accreditation tracking, and CRM management.

You will work closely with the Division Head (Errol Pizarra) and Consultant (Clyde) , and report directly to the CEO for weekly performance updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with developers (DMCI, SMDC, Ayala Land, etc.) to gather accreditation kits, project details, and price lists.
  • Encode and manage real estate project data into CRM platforms (EstateBud / GHL).
