Job Description

The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring end to end sales process hygiene, CRM accuracy, and MIS discipline across categories. The role acts as a central coordination point between Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams, enabling smooth order execution and reliable data flow.

Responsibilities

  • Sales MIS and Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS covering pipeline, orders, dispatches, and collections
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of data across CRM, sales trackers, and finance reports.
  • Inter-Department Coordination and Collaboration
  • Work with Procurement teams to track order confirmation, material availability, and dispatch timelines
  • Liaise with Finance teams to align on billing, collections status, credit approvals, and reconciliations
