Reporting to the Director of Finance, this key individual will manage various responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, revenue operations, and process development. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will enhance the processes for Elo by evaluating and organizing multiple data sources, and providing direct support to our Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the Regional Sales Teams.
  • Serve as key contact person for our Sales Leadership team regarding sales performance (Orders, Sales In/Out, Funnel Forecasting).
  • Analyze data and provide important visualization and intelligence that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience.
  • Create easy-to-follow sales processes, maintain reporting on all sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with the IT unit to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value
  • Data governance & entering information into the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Develop customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs
  • Analyze and report on sales KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis (Demand Planning Cycle, Financial & Board reviews).
  • Lead process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.
  • Management of new projects & team initiatives (Aligning backlog orders and deliveries by top projects, SDR Lead flow, Elo Elite, Funnel Reviews).
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • At least 4 years of previous experience 
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or advances degree preferred
  • Possess in-depth working and administrative experience with Salesforce CRM system
  • Experience with Qlikview, SAP, & PowerBI
  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience with sales strategy execution, data analysis, and sales analytics; KPI’s reporting, and operations management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs & actionable intelligence to senior leaders.
  • Advanced spreadsheet knowledge working with large data sets (utilize complex formulas and can manipulate and transform data)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Ability to convey results to senior business leaders; present complex results in a clear, concise, and enticing manner that stimulate action.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing multi-tasking skills, and efficient in managing uncertain situations.
  • Experience applying data analysis to solve real-life business problems; experience with statistical tools within Excel, as well as preferred knowledge of programming languages.
  • Applicants must be creative individuals with the ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, as well as demonstrate skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.
  • Motivated self-starter who can focus on achieving a set goal with limited supervision.

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
