**Position overview**
**Your key responsibilities**
- Ad-hoc reports needed during quarter end and on a weekly basis.
- Manage and work with Salesforce for queue management of cases and other vendor platforms.
- Permission and set delivery of products, data and software, resolves product delivery issues.
- Provide ideas for automation
- Liaison Product Management on product releases and changes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
**Specific knowledge and skills**
- Studying degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related field.(6th semester or above)
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and confident.

- Experience with Customer Service and working with multi-functional teams
