About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support our sales and operations team at Letters to Abroad, a growing Ed Tech startup in the international education space.
In this role, you’ll work closely with live sales activities- supporting lead management, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales reporting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, understand how sales pipelines work, and build practical skills in a real startup environment.
Requirements
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to organize, track, and manage data accurately
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Hub Spot, Freshsales, etc.) is an advantage
