The Role

  • Develop and implement efficient SDR & sales processes that drive productivity and improve performance.
  • Oversee all sales systems, ensure their adoption/positive ROI and constantly look out for new technology that can make us more productive as an organization.
  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Ops Generalists and ensure that they are focused on what matters most while being engaged, challenged, and satisfied with their work experience.
