At Factorial, we are looking for a Sales Ops Lead (player / coach) to support scaling our direct sales motion! This role is crucial to help us optimize our sales productivity and drive performance across the commercial organization.


The Role:



  • Develop and implement efficient SDR & sales processes that drive productivity and improve performance

  • Oversee all sales systems, ensure their adoption / positive ROI and constantly look out for new technology that can make us more productive as an organization

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Ops Generalists and ensure that they are focused on what matters most all while being engaged, challenged and satisfied with their work experience

  • Constant communication with SDR and Sales teams to understand their biggest needs and build OKRs around their resolution
