About the Role

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-powered software that helps hotels run their operations more efficiently and profitably. Our customers are hotels across the United States and Latam, and we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own CRM, pipeline operations, reporting, and sales process optimization.

This is not a junior admin role. We are looking for someone who has
sold B2B software

, understands how deals actually move from lead to close, and now wants to own the systems and processes that help sales scale.

• Own and optimize CRM workflows including pipeline stages, deal hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and automation
