Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end purchase-order process, validating prices and contract terms while acting as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Schedule and monitor all domestic and international shipments, prepare export documentation and liaise with customs and quarantine to guarantee on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain accurate ERP (SAP,CRM) records for finished goods, spare parts, lining materials and specialised equipment; perform cycle counts, coordinate annual stock takes and trigger replenishments to keep inventory at optimal levels.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, drafting, review, approval, execution, filing and compliance tracking; maintain the contract database, monitor milestones and alert stakeholders to upcoming renewals or expiries.
