Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support and scale our commercial efforts in the gaming industry.

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue efficiency and scalability across the organization, owning multi-channel demand generation, market intelligence, and analytics for divisions forming part of TransPerfect Games' group such as The Mill and MPC. The successful candidate will support global Business Development and Sales Operations through actionable insights, lead generation campaigns, automation, and industry reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making across platforms and regions.

This role owns the sales operating rhythm—from pipeline management and forecasting to tooling, reporting, and performance optimization.
