About the Role

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-powered software that helps hotels run their operations more efficiently and profitably. Our customers are hotels across the United States and Latam, and we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own CRM, pipeline operations, reporting, and sales process optimization.

This is not a junior admin role. We are looking for someone who has sold B2B software, understands how deals actually move from lead to close, and now wants to own the systems and processes that help sales scale.

• Own and optimize CRM workflows including pipeline stages, deal hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and automation
