About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to support our sales team and help deliver a smooth, high-quality experience to our enterprise clients. In this role, you'll partner closely with an Account Executive, support the Lead-to-Quote process, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure deals move forward efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Do
Support pre-sales activities and assist the Account Executive with day-to-day operations
Manage service changes (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) for existing clients
Handle small sales, upgrades, and downgrades independently
Coordinate quotes, documentation, and approvals with internal teams
Support contract-related processes (NDAs, MSAs, addendums) and PO collection
Ensure closed deals are processed smoothly and on time
Keep information updated in Salesforce and help resolve client needs
