This role is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Off-Premise Regional Sales team in West Japan. It leads sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and KPI setting within the regional sales team; analyzes sales performance; monitors and evaluates execution of trade plans; and deepens the organization’s understanding of results, performance drivers, and program effectiveness.



**What You Can Expect**

● **Sales Planning & Budgeting:** Support the Regional Sales Manager in developing strategies, targets, and budgets for the regional sales team. Lead sales planning & budgeting processes within the regional team, including sales forecasting, discount budget allocation, product allocation, KPI setting and field sales management, in line with the company’s business strategy & guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally to plan trade programs and merchandising campaigns.
