Align Technology is searching for a Sales Operations Program Manager. This position will be primarily responsible for operations and administration of Sales Incentive Plans for the North American Sales Team at Align. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and experience developing and administering incentive plans. Excellent oral and written communication skills also required to interface cross functionally in a team environment with various levels of management. Successful candidates will have experience with Salesforce.com as well as sales incentive system implementation experience and administration.
