Sales Operations Specialist

CTC: ₹8 LPA | Experience: 1–2 years

This is not a routine sales support role.

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented hustler who wants a front-row seat to high-value B2B sales in the food & cold-chain logistics space.

You’ll work directly with the Regional Head, supporting deals end-to-end—from quotations and contracts to negotiations and closures—and quickly grow into a client-facing role with founders, CXOs, and supply-chain leaders.

What you’ll do

- Own sales coordination: proposals, documentation, follow-ups

- Track live deals and support pricing & negotiations

- Join client meetings and gradually take communication ownership

- Work closely with leadership, ops, finance, and legal teams
