Job Description
Sales Reporting & Analytics Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance tracking, and business reviews. Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to sales leadership for decision-making. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles with high accuracy and timeliness. Ensure CRM data hygiene, consistency, and accuracy across all sales processes. Provide training and support to sales team members on SFDC best practices. Coordinate sales governance activities, including enforcing process compliance among sales teams. Support strategic initiatives such as account planning, account segments and assignments Manage ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from sales leadership 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical/operational roles.
