The Sales Specialist is mainly responsible for achieving the assigned monthly sales target through the provision of prompt and effective customer support, especially on identifying the qualifications and requirements of customers, providing an advisory on the high-value services of IPASS these customers they can best take advantage of, with utmost customer satisfaction and, thereby, creation of promoter customers in mind.
