Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist who will report to our clients Head of Revenue & Sales Operations (HRSO). This crucial role maintains the integrity of lead data, directly impacting sales and marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong experience with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and a proven track record in data management and lead enrichment. This hands‑on role requires ensuring data is accurate, complete, and action‑ready.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Lead Data Audit and Cleanup
    • Audit and clean existing lead data in HubSpot for accuracy and adherence to standards.
    • Update leads by applying specific Market and Competitor property data and standardizing fields.
