Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Specialist to help organize our sales data, fix our internal processes, and support the sales strategy. Your main job is to make sure the sales team has the right tools (prices, templates, trackers) to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the master pricelist. Ensure all catalogue numbers and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
• Clean up and standardise the Google Sheet templates we use for Quotations and Costing.
• Keep prospect and sales trackers up to date.
• Assist with project costing, prepare bid submittals, and follow up on potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills – comfortable working with tables and formulas, and able to organise messy data into clean spreadsheets.
• Basic costing knowledge – understand profit/markup and spot errors in numbers quickly.
