Description and Requirements

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for driving and implementing an efficient management system for his/her business segment within Lenovo, supporting the Markets sales cadence, optimizing demand supply, quota setting, operational planning and driving process improvement. The Sales Ops Specialist will report to regional Operations Leader and will have interlock with the Markets business, Market Sales Operations as well as Supply Chain and Finance.


 Key responsibilities: 

  • Business Management System: Drive a solid BMS system used by the Markets and consolidate to a weekly BMS supporting the business segment lead
  • Cadence / Forecast support to identify gaps, opportunities and validate forecast based assumptions AURs, attach rates etc.) and make recommendations to market sales on actions to be taken
