Key responsibilities:

As Sales Operations Specialist in the Brand-direct NORAM team, you will partner directly with Managing Directors and Commercial Directors to drive strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives that unlock growth, boost revenues, and enhance commercial performance. 

You will structure and lead high-impact projects—developing work plans, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations. Working closely with sales leadership, your primary focus will be to analyze sales performance and provide insights and reports that support strategic decisions. This is a part-time position for 24 hours/3 days a week.
