We are looking for a Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our high-impact SalesOperations team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about optimizing sales performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving insights, enabling decision-making, and supporting the growth of our global sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to generate insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue trends
  • Create reports for the sales team in a timely manner, generate leaderboard metrics
  • Work on data cleanliness within our CRM, identify key issues within the data and plans to remediate
  • Assist with commissions data at month end, work with commissions teams on any discrepancies in data
