🎯 Mission

You will enable our sales teams to operate at peak efficiency by providing actionable insights, structured processes, and the right content at the right time.

Your mission is to:

  • Build and maintain regular sales reporting and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to give clear visibility into performance.

  • Prepare presentations for management and the team, turning data into clear insights for action.

  • Collect, prioritize, and coordinate training needs, content requests, and enablement initiatives to ensure the sales team has the tools to succeed.

  • Partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure processes, content, and training are aligned with team goals.



πŸ’Ό What you’ll own

  1. Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports tracking key sales metrics.

  • Analyze trends and generate actionable insights for Sales Leaders.

  • Support weekly and monthly management presentations with data storytelling.

  1. Enablement & Training Coordination

  • Gather and prioritize sales enablement needs across teams.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and content creation.

  • Ensure onboarding and ongoing training materials are up to date and accessible.

  1. Content & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain a central repository of sales assets: pitch decks, playbooks, templates, FAQs, and battle cards.

  • Work with Marketing, Product, and Ops to update and adapt content as market and product evolve.

  1. Process & Alignment

  • Support Sales Leaders in standardizing workflows and processes.

  • Ensure CRM and sales tools are used efficiently and accurately.

  • Drive adoption of best practices through documentation and communication.



πŸ‘€ Ideal Candidate

Experience & Background

  • 3–6 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar role.

  • Experience in reporting, dashboards, and analytics in a commercial context.

  • Exposure to sales enablement and training coordination is a plus.

  • Comfortable in fast-growing environments (SaaS, FinTech, hospitality tech ideal).

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical & Structured: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, able to translate data into insights.

  • Organized & Process-Oriented: can manage multiple initiatives, prioritize requests, and coordinate across teams.

  • Communication & Influence: clear and persuasive in written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.

  • Mindset: proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys building scalable processes that make an impact.
