Job Description

The Bench Talent – Sales Supervisor is part of a structured development program aimed at preparing high-potential individuals for leadership roles within the Sales organization. This role will undergo intensive training and mentorship to build the competencies required to lead teams of Lead Generation Specialists, SDRs, and Account Managers. Upon successful completion, the candidate will be deployed to a supervisory role aligned with business needs.
