Job Description

The branch company of a large Japanese multinational trading company that deals with fasteners for manufacturing companies is looking for a Sales Operation Supervisor to join their team in Prague. This role will include fulfilling sales duties while overseeing a team of 3 Sales Representatives. Fluency in both English and Czech will be required for this role.



TYPE: Full time, permanent

SALARY: 50,000CZK

LOCATION: Prague



RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Overseeing, advising, and supervising 3 team members

• Handling of purchase orders

• Control of lead time

• Purchase orders to suppliers

• Representative for any enquiries from customers

• Report to the manager if anything occurs which could not be decide by your authority

• Processing orders and FC, input into database

• Prepare • Input supplier invoice into database, provide info about commodity codes to forwarder

• Prepare declaration for government if necessary

• Review stock-in goods in database based on warehouse's report

• Arrange deliveries to customers

• Issue sales invoice

• Chase overdue invoices

• Maintain and manage stock levels (deadstock)

• Provide support to accounts during closing month

• Discuss with forwarders if any issues occur

• Prepare shipment volume report for suppliers in Japan

• Prepare forecast for suppliers in Japan

• Participate during stock take and solve discrepancies

• Prepare stock take report

• Prepare environment report

• Prepare quotation for customers

• Download schedule from customers website

• Register quotations and data into customer’s website

• Create monthly profit and inventory report



IDEAL CANDIDIDATE:

• Strong Sales and management experience in a related field

• Strong communication skills

• Be enthusiastic about taking care of customers

• Fluent in English and Czech

• Advance Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or
