Sales Operations Support Analyst

Join NCR Atleos as a Sales Operations Support Analyst In this role, you'll provide critical support to our Sales team and Sales Operations Management throughout the entire sales cycle.

What You'll Do:

Pre-Sales Support

• Assist with customer proposals (RFP/RFI).
• Work on hardware/software configurations.
• Request product activations or deactivations (PID).
• Help prepare bid review packages.
• Support pricing approvals and coordinate with the Deals Desk team.
• Create new customer accounts, sites, and addresses.
• Generate reports with product and configuration details.

Quote Support

• Create and manage quotes in the system.
• Validate details like addresses, delivery dates, and billing info.
• Prepare rollout schedules and coordinate timely delivery.
• Provide order status updates to Sales Representatives.

Post-Sales Support
