About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Sales & Operations Support Associate to provide essential administrative and operational support to the PEO sales team, business consultants, and their clients. This role is critical to maintaining momentum across business development activities, client communications, and internal coordination. By managing key administrative tasks, this position enables sales representatives and consultants to focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents for PEO clients.
Track and manage business development opportunities and client prospects.
Assist in gathering required client information for risk assessments and underwriting.
