Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the sales training framework, collaborate with various teams to refine training materials, and organize training sessions for sales teams across all locations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through methods such as in-class assessments and daily business knowledge checks.
  • Monitor and ensure sales representatives complete necessary daily tasks, and maintain accurate tracking of relevant metrics.
  • Develop sales kits and other foundational materials to enhance the efficiency of sales-client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in sales operations or PMO-related roles.
  • Strong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication.
