Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst with strong Japanese language proficiency and a background in Supply Chain/SAP OTC. The role involves supporting Ship & Debit operations for the Japan region, distributor coordination, data validation, and translation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Ship & Debit (S&D) implementation for Japan distributors.
• Train and communicate with distributors;
  act as liaison between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.
• Translate project documents and provide real-time interpretation during meetings.
• Support daily S&D operations including claim review, manual overrides, mailbox management, and policy updates.
• Conduct data validation across GPMS, Vistex, and Datawarehouse systems;
  manage invoice pools.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation;
  assist in cross‑functional project coordination.

Required Skills

• Native/near‑native Japanese proficiency & strong English communication.
• Experience in SAP OTC, Excel, and Datawarehouse management.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Background in Supply Chain is mandatory.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to troubleshoot data issues.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
