You will represent the company through WhatsApp and calls, handle day-to-day partner communication, deliver our policies clearly (including saying “no” politely), and close conversations professionally.
Responsibilities
- Reply to partners and potential partners via WhatsApp and phone.
- Communicate Bukit Vista policies clearly and politely.
- Handle requests confidently, including saying “no” when needed.
- Schedule calls when necessary.
- Log communication in HubSpot and write short call summaries.
