Qualifications & Skills•Minimum of SHS/BECE certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or field marketing (preferred).
• Must possess a valid motorcycle rider’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.
• Physically fit and able to ride long distances.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and customer-oriented.

Position Summary

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales Persons who will use motorbikes to promote, sell, and distribute products directly to customers. The role requires an individual with strong communication skills, good knowledge of sales techniques, and the ability to ride safely and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products to both new and existing customers.

Visit assigned sales routes/areas daily using a motorbike.

Achieve set sales targets and report daily sales activities to the supervisor.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Collect payments (cash or mobile money) and issue receipts as required.

Deliver promotional materials or samples to customers.

Maintain proper records of sales, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Ensure the motorbike is well-maintained, roadworthy, and compliant with traffic regulations.

Uphold a professional image of the company at all times.
