Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role located in Yelahanka Ward, Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential clients, conducting property presentations, managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and assisting clients through the sales process. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, maintaining market knowledge, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector or a customer-facing role is a plus.
