The company is seeking a sales professional to join their team in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a sales growth strategy to leverage the company's hygienic components and quality control equipment within the industrial business.


About the Role



  • Achieve regional sales growth plan and key objectives.
  • Provide market updates, forecasts, and coordinate all sales activities to address customer needs using product strategies, working cross-functionally with distributors and teams.
  • Develop strong account relationships built on trust, identifying new opportunities, capturing market trends, cultivating long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; experience in technical B2B sales preferred;
    More than 5 years of experience in food and beverage markets (desired); knowledge of industrial processes;
    written communication skills required.
