Purpose
Fixed Term Contract - Up to 12 months
The purpose of the role is to deliver sales targets through leading and managing the progress of sales from reservation through to successful completion. The role requires the efficient and effective progression of the sales pipeline, team leadership, providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving and managing the sales progression process for various tenure options, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and processed efficiently and in line with current legislative requirements.
- Communicating business targets and objectives to the Sales Progression team.
- Manage and update accurate CRM records and undertake conveyancing administration activities.
