This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Sales Progression Manager role where you’ll lead a team at the heart of the client journey, while still keeping your hand in with a reduced, high-value caseload.
Pontefract | Hybrid
Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours) No evenings or weekends
£35,000 OTE (Basic £31,500)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a senior figure within the Sales Progression function, balancing people leadership, operational oversight and hands-on expertise.
• Managing a reduced caseload of high-priority or complex files
• Acting as the first point of escalation for tricky or sensitive cases
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring Sales Progressors and Senior Progressors
• Conducting 1:1s, performance reviews and day-to-day guidance
