Job Title: Business Development Executive – Tele Sales


Job Location: Kozhikode


Job Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is tele sales , focusing on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
  • Clearly explain product/service features and benefits to customers
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office or basic CRM tools is an added advantage

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
  • Prior tele sales or business development experience is a plus
