Job Title: Business Development Executive – Tele Sales
Job Location: Kozhikode
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is tele sales, focusing on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
- Clearly explain product/service features and benefits to customers
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain a sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office or basic CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
- Prior tele sales or business development experience is a plus
