Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & PR role based in Delhi–Noida. The role involves field sales and relationship building with builders, developers, contractors, and construction firms to generate business for Vaba Aluminium Formwork.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, meeting decision-makers, presenting the product, generating leads, converting inquiries into orders, and maintaining strong professional relationships within the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit builders, developers, contractors, and construction sites regularly in Delhi–Noida
  • Generate new sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders
  • Present and explain aluminium formwork systems, benefits, and technical advantages
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders and project heads
  • Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, negotiations, and closures
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
  • Represent the brand professionally and strengthen market presence and credibility
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and client requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or PR
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with field work, site visits, and client meetings
  • Experience in construction, real estate, building materials, aluminium systems, or formwork is highly preferred
  • Ability to understand basic technical and construction concepts
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong)
