Sales Representative

MSJ Electrical Supply is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative who will assist customers, recommend products, handle transactions, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers in selecting electrical products
• Provide product details, pricing, and availability
• Prepare quotations and customized proposals if required
• Process sales transactions and issue receipts
• Help meet sales targets through upselling and promotions
• Attend trainings to improve product knowledge and selling skills
• Resolve basic customer concerns and coordinate with management when needed
• Coordinate with other store departments and perform related tasks
