JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and closing of sales deals
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular market research on competitor pricing, product trends, and customer demands
  • Prepare and submit sales activity reports to management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales within the construction, hardware, or building materials industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to negotiate smartly and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Goal‑oriented to hit targets
