Job Description:

- Research and target prospects who fit the company's ideal customer profile by conducting high-volume outbound calls.

- Initiate conversations to build interest and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

- Work closely with the sales team to hand out qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.

- Keep accurate and updated information on leads and interactions in the company's CRM system.

- Monitor KPIs such as number of calls, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

- C1 English proficiency.

- 1 year of experience in high-volume sales roles (insurance, tech, financial services, or similar industries preferred).

- Assertive and detailed-oriented communication skills
