About The Role

We are looking for a proven results‑focused Sales Representative to join the team, based in Carole Park, QLD. The role will be responsible for development and management of new and existing customers of our Architectural Louvres and High Security Doors. This position requires complete understanding of pertinent building codes, Australian Standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed and accurate specifications/schedules adhering to all pertinent building codes, Australian Standards and the total requirements of ASSA ABLOY products as requested by our clients.
  • Read and interpret project construction plans (working drawings).
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to advise and achieve client requirements, transforming those requirements into adequate solutions.
  • Promptly and competently attend to all customer enquiries.
  • Contribute to achieving sales budget and margin as defined.
  • Maintain a close, regular and professional working relationship with existing and prospective customers to maximise market share.
  • Liaise with the team to maximise customer service levels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Self‑driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed and own the accountability of the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships.
  • Motivated to grow and develop your capabilities.
  • Able to engage broadly, multi‑task and have strong systems and analytical skills.
