Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage Key Account customers
• Identify new opportunities and generate sales
• Presentation of product samples to customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to diverse customers
• Administrative tasks, invoicing and general customer enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service ensuring a positive brand experience
• Collaborating with the leadership team to implement sales and promotional strategies
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and customer needs
• Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and customer service role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and securing new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience working with diverse customers
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel experience is essential)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with Triumph accounting package will be desirable
• Current Western Australian Drivers Licence is essential
